IMPORTANT:

Once a confirmation/invoice has been sent, programs are considered binding. Due to the amount of staff time involved in rescheduling, we must charge a $25 fee to reschedule any program once it has been confirmed.

When artists commit to programs, they refuse other work opportunities; therefore confirmed programs cancelled by the school/organization are subject to the following charges:
Cancellation within two weeks of a scheduled program: 50% of program fee
Cancellation within one week of a scheduled program: 100% of program fee

Should illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the artist from performing, Young Audiences will offer the option to reschedule, substitute an artist/ensemble, or receive a full refund.

Expect a contact from Young Audiences within 48 hours of your request.
