Young Audiences of San Diego (YASD) has been fortunate to have many generous supporters—a reflection of the valuable work we do for children, teens, and families across San Diego County. As YASD looks to the future and our growth, and our ability to carry on our mission, we realize that the organization can be greatly helped by charitable bequests from those who believe in, and want to leave a legacy of service to the children of our community.

There are many ways to remember YASD in your current or estate planning intentions. Estate Planning can be complex and sometimes overwhelming, so the following suggestions start with the simplest to the complex. If you are interested in making a bequest or considering a more complex donation, please call the Young Audiences office and a representative will contact you immediately.

Young Audiences of San Diego depends on the generous support of the San Diego community in order to provide transformational arts education experiences for young people in our schools. No gift is too small and every contribution helps bring us closer to our vision of providing fundamental arts education for every child in San Diego County. The following are a few examples of how you can support our work and who benefits from it.

Your gift of $100 - could provide a class of 30 kids a hands-on arts workshop with a professional San Diego Artist. Such artists include Pantomime Artist Jerry Hager, Ghanain Master Drummer and Dancer Akayaa Atule.

Your gift of $250 - could make 25 Young Audiences' after-school kids feel truly special on performance day by paying for each child to receive their very own YA T-shirt.

Your gift of $500 - could introduce 300 children to an exciting performance art assembly program at their school.

Your gift of $750 - could provide 250 family members a memorable evening of Family Arts Entertainment, which includes a live professional performance and a hands-on arts activity.

Your gift of $1050 - could provide one school and 25 kids with a six-week after school arts program that features the students in a special Final Performance for their friends and families.

Your gift of $2000 - could provide a school with an in-depth arts learning opportunity over a series of 12 weeks for an entire grade level. Young Audiences will partner with a school or after-school program to design a program that meets their specific needs.
